What are the system requirements for Nighthawk?

  • Nighthawk is browser-based, meaning you will need to be connected to the Internet to log in and start a report. It is recommended to use Google Chrome. There are no restrictions on the kind of system you use as long as it can run a browser such as Chrome however it is strongly recommended to use larger screens or monitors when using Nighthawk.

How do I access Nighthawk?

  • In order to access Nighthawk you must first go to a training session. You can sign up for an AppraisalWorld account and Training here: www.AppraisalWorld.com
  • Once you've gone through training, you will then receive units for use in Nighthawk, granting you access.
  • Priority for training spots will first go to current ClickFORMs users, though it will be open to everyone. Further assistance for Nighthawk can be found here: support.bradfordsoftware.com/nighthawk.html

How much does Nighthawk cost?

  • Nighthawk will be free to use for the remainder of 2026 for all users. We are still finalizing our pricing plans for beyond that time.

Can I use my own MLS or am I restricted to what Nighthawk pulls in?

  • You can use your own MLS. Nighthawk will always attempt to pull in relevant public records and MLS information when starting a report. However, if you would prefer to use your own MLS data you can do so by exporting it from your MLS and uploading it into your report.

Is there Spark, Datamaster, or other MLS integration?

  • Not as of yet, we are looking into supporting direct integration with third party MLS and data services.

I work in a rural area where it's not always possible to get reliable public records data, can I still complete a report in Nighthawk? Is it possible to fill in all fields manually?

  • Yes, while Nighthawk imports publicly available data in order to help you fill out the report all fields can be filled in manually. The automation is there to assist but you have full control of all fields that will go into your report.

Are there saved comments, responses, and templates?

  • Not at the moment currently. We are planning to add these features in the future.

Can I import my old XML files? Or import old saved comments and responses?

  • No. It's not recommended to re-use them as UAD 3.6 requires new inputs, previously saved comments and responses may not apply as they once did.

Is there a mobile app for Nighthawk specifically?

  • Yes, we are developing a mobile app called Fieldhawk. It will enable you to collect all required data at the property and directly import it back into your Nighthawk report. It is still in development but is expected to be made available to all Nighthawk users soon.

What are the system requirements for Fieldhawk?

  • Fieldhawk is also browser based, it is only required to be able to connect to the internet. Chrome is recommended.
  • While no specific system is required to run it however, it is recommended to use a tablet for the larger screen size. You can use any operating system, it is compatible with Apple, Android based systems, and so on.

Can I work offline in Nighthawk/Fieldhawk?

  • It is possible to do so. Nighthawk and Fieldhawk are web-based so you will first need to be connected to the Internet in order to log in, start a report or inspection, and also be connected to save the report but once you have it open, you can work offline within that report or inspection.

Do I have to use the mobile app, Fieldhawk?

  • No, it is intended to make it easier to fill out your report but you are not required to use Fieldhawk in order to complete a Nighthawk report.

Will there be sketcher integration?

  • We are planning to integrate with various sketchers. Our mobile application Fieldhawk also contains a built-in sketcher that will import directly into Nighthawk.
  • Currently you can export your sketch from any sketcher application and insert the sketch image into Nighthawk manually.

Can Nighthawk do UAD 2.6 reports or Non-Lender reports?

  • Currently Nighthawk is intended only for UAD 3.6 reports. In the future we plan to add support and integration options for a wider variety of reports including non-lender reports.
