Two digit year now calculates correctly. If you enter "1/22/25" it will convert to "01/22/2025".

As Is / As Repaired forms no longer cause XML creation problems.
- Fixed issue with using a comma in the Site Area value when using the Comp Consistency Checker.
- Appraisal Date in the Reports Database is now sortable as a Date.
- Up arrow key now works correctly in the UAD Comment Addendum.
- Find and Replace can now replace with a blank. For example, with the term "Wells Fargo Bank", you can search for the word Bank, and replace it with empty, you will end up with just Wells Fargo.
- Fixed bug in selecting MLS map in 1004MC.
- Created new legal size exhbits with these titles: MLS Listings, Tax Data, Property Assessment Card
