What's New in ClickFORMS v10.7.51 Release New Enhancements: This update fixes a bug we found in handling outlier data. We fixed it and took the opportunity to enhance the nonlinear time adjustment charts. New Monthly-Based Time Adjustment calculations to meet the GSE requirements (effective 3/1/25). This feature is included in the 1004MC Service. New Non-Lender Restricted Report. Rentals from the 1007 Form can now be saved to the Comps Database. Bug Fixes: Two digit year now calculates correctly. If you enter "1/22/25" it will convert to "01/22/2025". As Is / As Repaired forms no longer cause XML creation problems. Fixed issue with using a comma in the Site Area value when using the Comp Consistency Checker. Appraisal Date in the Reports Database is now sortable as a Date. Up arrow key now works correctly in the UAD Comment Addendum. Find and Replace can now replace with a blank. For example, with the term "Wells Fargo Bank", you can search for the word Bank, and replace it with empty, you will end up with just Wells Fargo. Fixed bug in selecting MLS map in 1004MC. Created new legal size exhbits with these titles: MLS Listings, Tax Data, Property Assessment Card
