ClickFORMS | Free Form Text Tool

Free Form Text is a tool available in ClickFORMS that allows you to write directly anywhere on the page. This can be particularly useful if you want to add some text to a sketch or map page for example. Keep in mind any free form text you add will only show up in the PDF, not in the XML.
To use the Free Form Text Tool, select the T from the menu bar and click the location where you want to enter text on your document, then start typing. You can change the font size with the 'F' icons as with any other text. You can drag where the text is placed with the hand icon text to the T.
Free Form Text Example
To change the color for free form text:
  1. Go to Edit → Preferences, then click Colors in the left sidebar.
  2. To change the default text color click the Free Form text square.
  3. Select the color you want to use for the text from the color panel.
