| If you have an appraisal where the comps should have the same input as the subject, such as the condition or quality of construction fields, you can easily copy the subject's input to all comps in the report by doing the following: |
- Right click in the subject field that is to be copied to all the comps.
- Click on Copy Description To All from Subject or use the keyboard shortcut,
CTRL + = .

- You will be prompted with a window asking to confirm that you want to copy this field across all comps. This includes any Xcomps pages you may have in the report as well.
- The subject's input will be copied to all comps that have the address field filled out. Any comp columns without an address aren't considered to be active and will not have the description copied to those columns without an address.
