BuildFAX Property Permit History
Before using the BuildFAX service, you must complete your subject property and comparable property addresses in your report.

Access BuildFAX
From the main ClickFORMS menu click on Services, then select BuildFAX.
BuildFAX Service
The BuildFAX Property Permit Service window will appear. Check or uncheck the properties you want to show permit data. Click the "Get Permit Data" button.

The BuildFAX service locates the permit history for the selected properties. Click the "Transfer To Report" button.

The property permit history forms are completed for your selected properties shown in the forms manager.
