| ClickFORMS lets you create adjustment lists for particular market areas or you can create auto adjustments for all your reports using the Auto Adjustment Feature.

- In ClickFORMS, go to the Edit menu and select 'Edit Adjustments'.
- Check the boxes for Basement Area and Basement Finished Area. Enter your adjustment values, then click 'Apply'.

- In your sales grid, simply add a space or '/' betweenthe Basement sf value and the Finished Basement value. Example: 1901sf 1100fin. ClickFORMS will do the math for you, it's that simple!
