What's New in ClickFORMS v9.96
Enhancements:
  1. New ENV creation process. This new process eliminates the OADI viewer window. In its place you will see a PDF representation of the forms that were converted to ENV. Play Video
  2. New process to upload to AppraisalPort. This new process eliminates the OADI viewer window. In its place you will see a PDF representation of the forms that were converted to ENV. You will then sign in to your AppraisalPort account to select the order you need to deliver. Play Video
  3. New Multi-Purpose Restricted Appraisal Report. Located in the Non-Lender folder in the Forms Library.
  4. Age will automatically be calculated in the One-Unit Housing section for main Fannie Mae forms.
  5. Added ability to use a Higher Resolution Location Map image. Choose this option from the Preferences tab when you call the Location Map service. Play Video
  6. The caption column on the New Location maps is now editable.
  7. You can now edit the Lat/Long fields on the New Location maps.
  8. Unit number now show as part of the information balloon when using the New Location maps.
  9. When calling a Flood map, there is now an option to Only Transfer the Flood Data.
  10. Username and password is now remembered when delivering reports to Amrock.
  11. ClickFORMS will now recognize JFIF image format.
Fixes:
  1. Decreased the processing time when transferring your inspection from the inspection manger.
  2. Corrected the XML error when the Flood Map form was placed before the main appraisal form.
  3. Fixed issue with the Delete Forms window that hid the checkboxes.
  4. Fixed checkbox grouping on New Location maps.
  5. Per Solidifi request, the word Solidifi is removed from the Solidifi Flex form.
  6. On the ERC form, Comments on Comparables Sales now swap when swapping comps.
  7. Fixed math issues on the 1025 As Is and As Repaired forms.
  8. Fixed bug with Effective Age on the 1004 if the QuickStart form is in the report.
  9. When using the 1007 Extra Comps page, you no longer need to create two separate ENV files.
