New Enhancements:

- 1073 and 1004 Hybrid can now be converted to ENV using the Online ENV Creator.
- Online ENV Creator is now the default option to create ENV files.
- The median sales price chart now shows the number of sales within each month.
- Added option to Import from Solomon. This will import the Solomon Cost Approach service into ClickFORMS.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issues that some users were experiencing with the creation of ENV files.
- For Time Adjustments, months with a $0 median sales price will use the average of the preceding and following months. The exception is if there are no sales on the 11th or Current Month periods. In these cases, there is no average to calculate, however, the $0 median sales price will be ignored so to not skew the time adjustments values.
- Drag and Drop from Windows into ClickFORMS is now more precise.
- In the 1073, ‘None’ stays checked when you select No Car Storage
- Auto Adjustments no longer get applied to comps in the Comparable Rent form.
- Updated Flex Appraisal Report 2024 to match the ENV version of this form.
- Corrected an issue where some users could not open the Comparable Database.
