- New Flex Appraisal Report 2024 form.
- Importing from a CSV file is now visible from the Import From menu.
- Photos loaded into Photosheet can now be enlarged.
- Added an option to do only one backup version.
- Created new letter size Transmittal Letters.

Bug Fixes:

When using legacy location maps and starting a new report by way of 'Save As' from a previous appraisal, the new comps will be geocoded correctly.
- ERC extra comp number 6 now calculates correctly.
- Fixed security preferences when PDF is created during Delivery Workflow.
- When importing comps from the database, it will now import the latest version of that comp.
- When you carry over a comment on a Non-Lender form, it will now carry over to a Non-Lender comment addendum.
- Site/Total calculation will now recalculate if you delete or have 0 on the opinion of site vale.
- Depreciation values from Marshall and Swift now transfer to the Cost Analysis form.
- On Commercial Appraisal Review form, the name of the appraiser and name of the reviewer are now separate.
